Located in Sauvignac, this 150 m² family holiday home can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a barbecue/plancha, 2 baby beds, a bathtub, and a high chair, ideal for families with children.



On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen-dining area, a living room, a bathroom, a toilet, an independent bedroom, and a large garage. Upstairs, the house offers 3 separate bedrooms, 2 connecting bedrooms, and a bathroom.



The house is equipped with many kitchen and household appliances and utensils. Bed linen is provided: sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows, etc. Cleaning and towels are available as an option for an extra charge.



Enjoy a private garden, a balcony, and an uncovered terrace, nestled in a green, wooded environment. The property features a private outdoor pool, heated from May to September, fenced and covered by a mobile shelter, ideal for use in any season. Children can also have fun with the swing available on site.

Maison très agréable et très au calme avec grand jardin (trop tôt dans la saison pour profiter de la piscine mais elle faisait envie !).Juste un point a noter : la cuisine est un peu juste peut-être surtout si vous êtes 12 (nous étions 5) avec un four un peu juste. Mais si vous êtes en pleine saison, il y a plancha et barbecue !
