We had a lovely stay at this property; it’s spacious, convenient to Unicoi and downtown Helen, and tucked away enough so we got to enjoy privacy and a beautiful mountain setting. The cabin was spotless, had plenty of amenities, and our host was kind and communicative. Easy check in/check out. Highly recommend! Great for families and dog friendly.

Perfect mountain getaway! This cabin was incredibly cozy, spotless, and comfortable for our entire group. The location is unbeatable—tucked away for privacy but still so close to everything in Helen. It’s a fantastic spot for families, friends, or anyone traveling with a pet. Our host was wonderful—super responsive and made the check-in process a breeze. Highly recommend!

This is the best property and owner that we have used on VRBO. And the property was incredible! It was clean, as described, and a great location. He had everything that anyone could want down to an iron, shampoo, condiments, and even shot glasses! Dave communicated just to see if we needed anything, making sure we were good, etc..Needs 10 stars! Excellent and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The cabin was extremely clean, private and charmingly decorated. We loved all the animal decor and reading through the physical guest book! It was perfect for our holiday weekend stay and we will definitely be back when we return to Helen next. David was also very kind and got back to me quickly even with it being Thanksgiving weekend!

Excellent time, everyone enjoyed it

I gave 4 stars on cleanliness only because of spider webs in deck and chairs at the fire pit. House itself was very clean and comfortable. Host was amazing, very communicative, and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if we're up that way.

The cabin was absolutely perfect! Easy check in. WIFI worked great. It was fully stocked with everything we needed ( beyond what we needed). David was an exceptional host, easy to contact if needed and he reached out a couple of times to make sure we were all set. The location was perfect for trips into Helen and other local attractions. Fabulous girl cuz get-together

We were there for 2 nights and our stay was perfect. The cabin was more spacious than what i thought it would be. It was so peaceful. Perfect location so close to Anna Ruby falls and Helen. Dave was an awesome host. Very responsive, flexible and easy going. I have to say that the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Will definitely be back!
