Amazing property. The flat was very specious and comfortable. Fantastic location, almost next to the river and a few minute walk from the Cavalry Museum and the town centre. Rare find. Exceeded all expectations.

Great value for the quality of room you get at this property. We run into two issues at the hotel but the manager (I believe his name was Yves) handled them very well and left us feeling grateful. He is a class act - thank you!

Didn't sleep at all.

I would have given a 4 / 5 star rating. Lovely room and dog was welcomed. However had to pay a further 30+ euros for underground parking, having a small dog and breakfast ( which had a lovely choice. Unfortunately I was awake all night as there was a constant terrible noise caused by faulty air conditioning unit. Complained to boss who sympathised and said would get it repaired. But no compensation offered

Appart'hotel très bien situé,proche de la rue piétonne et du centre ville. Appartement propre très spacieux,au calme,literie confortable. Accueil et ensemble du personnel sympathique. La situation est parfaite pour visiter Saumur. Très confortable et accès facile. Il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux dans l' appartement mais on peut en emprunter un a la réception. Très.satisfaits de cet hébergement.

La chambre, comme l'ensemble de l'hôtel, est très propre, tout le personnel est très aimable. La résidence est située en plein centre-ville, on pose la voiture dans le parking en sous-sol de l'hôtel et on est dans l'hyper-centre entre 5 minutes !!

Appart 'hôtel très bien placé à proximité immédiate du centre de Saumur et d'une rue pleine de restaurants de tous budgets. Petit studio très agréable même s'il n'y a pas de télévision dans la chambre mais uniquement dans le salon. Hôtesse charmante par contre les horaires de sa présence sont un peu limités. Facilités pour garer sa voiture dans les rues en zones bleues tout autour de l'hôtel (et donc stationnement gratuit de 18h30 à 9h00). Sinon, parking payant à l'hôtel (10€ par jour). Globalement très agréable, on reviendra.
