Entrance with toilet, access to the living room with television (with Dutch channels). Spacious kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From the kitchen you walk outside to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the food outside. Also on the covered terrace is a beautiful lounge set.
Master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and double sink. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and freezer. Spacious garage.
First floor: three spacious bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes. All three bedrooms have two single beds. Separate toilet and a second bathroom with bath, shower and double sink.
Outside: over the entire length of the rear of the villa is a roof, including a luxurious lounge set and a garden table with chairs. Private swimming pool with sun beds and mature olive trees make the garden a true paradise.
