Excellent stay at Charmin Provence
The villa is well equipped and includes numerous places for friends to hang out together or take some time more secluded. The pool is lovely. We were a group of 8 adults, and there is plenty of space. Location was really nice, close enough to quickly get to numerous locations. We would definitely stay again!

All amenities provided - pool, table tennis, boules - but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Very enjoyable place.
Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. The house was stunning, clean and tidy. We were given clear instructions on everything in the house. Beautiful rooms, clean and very comfortable bedding. Very well equipped kitchen. A clean pool with everything you need for both children and adults. Every corner of the house is very pleasant and fun to sit and solitude there. The environment is very quiet. Very convenient location for hiking and touring. We have really enjoyed. We would definitely recommend friends to stay at this house

Charming country house with things to do
Our group of 6, three generations, all enjoyed this property. Everything in the house (plumbing, electrical, mechanical) worked flawlessly, which is much appreciated. The appliances were modern. The decor is a tasteful mix of provencal and modern.
When a couple days of cold, windy weather came through, we enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, trying the sauna, and having fusbol tournaments. Though it was too early in the season to use the pool and outdoor decks, the kids enjoyed the ping-pong table. We all liked the sunroom dining room surrounded by greenery outdoors. Fontaine-de-Vaucluse is just a short drive away and a very nice surprise that we hadn't seen mentioned in any of the books and articles we'd read about the area.
I wish I'd known that the property has its own listing on Google Maps (like a hotel). That would have been much easier to find than trying to translate the page of directions in French on a smartphone in a car. The address provided through VRBO, when entered into navigation, took us miles away from where the property is actually located, so just be aware.
The only thing all 6 of us found uncomfortable were the bed pillows. They were very firm foam, like comically firm. My husband commented that moving it actually made a "thud." If that isn't something you're used to, I'd talk with the property owner about alternatives. We met Fabrice and he was very kind. Overall, we give the property 5 stars and will have nice memories of our stay there!

Wonderful week
We truly enjoyed our week at Charm'in Provence. The accommodation was beautiful, many places on the property to sit by yourself or with your group. Our hosts, that priest and Isabel, were very helpful and responsive right from the beginning of our reservation until we left. The entrance to the Villa required some careful maneuvering but do not pose any problems. The tny village turned out to be a good central location for touring the area. We hope to be back in the future!

Lovely family home in great location
We found this home, its owners and location to be perfect for our family vacation. This home has proximity to L'Isle sur la Sorgue, for market, food, bread and pastry shopping which we did plenty of. We also were able to visit other points of interest and markets, that we didn't want to miss, Avignon to Arles and the Camargue and Les Baux, Roussillon, Lourmarin, Gordes, Lacoste and Menerbes. The house was warm and welcoming, and well stocked for cooks like me, the kitchen roomy enough for others to join me. We were seven in all with two small children, all of whom agreed that we had enough space and fun things to do, whether we ventured out or not. Our hosts responded immediately to our queries on a host of subjects. They even offered a wine delivery service, which we took advantage of to extend the beautiful memories we created in this wonderful part of the world. Our daughter adds that you should not miss the restaurant at the top of the hill in Saumane.
Thank you Fabrice and Isabelle for sharing your home with us!

Great property for large family/group to relax and enjoy slow pace but close enough to everything!
We absolutely loved this property and the location. We were a large group (10 adults and 2 small grandchildren) and we stayed for 5 nights. The house is on a nice sized piece of property that is next to the small village of Saumane-de-Vaucluse and it feels very remote. It feels remote but you have quick access via car to local markets and villages. We went to the market everyday for our daily "supplies". The indoor accommodations were perfect for us and we never felt like we needed more space. You could easily find a place to "get away". The house came with everything we needed for cooking, grilling, swimming, playing, and cleaning. The outdoor areas of the property were fantastic and really made the stay special! The pool is awesome and secluded. Very clean. They have an outdoor "Patong" Pit similar to Bocci. There is an outdoor ping pong table in the shade above the pool with plenty of recliners to watch or nap. There is also plenty of outdoor areas to just sit, relax, and drink your coffee, wine, or favorite beverage and just simply relax!! Lastly, there is plenty of space to eat with a large group, both indoors and outdoors. The village of Saumane-de-Vaucluse is very small and really only has one restaurant but it is a very good one. A must place to dine one evening...great food and even better views. I recommend you get a reservations way ahead as it is a small quant place and it fills up quickly. The larger village (L'isle-sur-la-Sorge) that we went to every morning for supplies was a 10 minute car ride. Awesome village with plenty of fresh markets, patisseries, cafe's and restaurants. Parking can be tough at times but a great village that has everything you need. You are a short distance to Gordes, Rossillion, Murs, and Avignon. Also, you are only approximately 60-90 minutes from beaches of the Mediterranean.
Isabelle and Fabrice were great hosts and explained everything thoroughly so we weren't lost or confused. I would highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the Provence but also wants to quickly explore other areas and villages of the Provence.

Good location but lots of steps
Owners were lovely and met us on arrival. Only 3 toilets for a 12 person house. The house layout meant you had to climb lots of stairs both inside and out so it was a faff if youâd forgotten something. Pool area was nice but again climbing lots of stairs to get there. Outside eating area lovely but again climbing stairs to set up and clear away. There were a few power cuts during our week and one thing I should mention is there is no override on the electric drive gates. This we realised posed a potential danger both in emergency opening if required which we did and accidents with kids. No harm was done but in theory this could be an issue. Decor eclectic, interesting but with 12 people sharing a house for a week and mid-week clean would have been useful.

Oasis in Provence!
This place is absolutely magical and is the perfect family getaway in Provence. The house is large and well equipped with an amazing kitchen, five comfy and spacious bedrooms, incredible gathering places both indoors and outdoors, and it has an incredible and large backyard complete with a beautiful heated pool and amazing grill and outdoor table. Everything about this place conveys relaxation and family fun time. Our stay was entirely too short and we definitely want to go back again soon. It's also the perfect location to access the lovely Luberon and the charming Alpilles. Fabrice and Isabelle, the owners, are super on top of things and very helpful!
