🌳In the park next to the garden, our donkeys await your cuddles, and there's also a chicken coop.

Two sleds, snowshoes (5-6 pairs for adults, 2 pairs for children), and boot warmers are available during the winter season.

In more detail, the accommodation consists of:

- A large living room with two distinct areas: a dining room with a 12-seater industrial-style table and a pellet stove, and a living room with a fireplace, aquarium, and TV.

- An open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, equipped with a semi-professional 5-burner range cooker and an 80-liter oven. A 3-drawer freezer. Complete equipment for easily cooking for 12 people. A 12-cup conventional coffee maker (filters provided), a Senseo coffee machine with soft pods, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. A small pantry for basic necessities (herbs, salt, pepper, oil, etc.).

2 raclette grills, 1 hot stone grill, and 2 fondue sets. These appliances are electric; extension cords and power strips are provided.

- 4 themed bedrooms (sleeps 11 + 2 babies):
Nikon Room: queen-size bed + crib
Cabin Room: queen-size bed
Industry Room: queen-size bed and 2 bunk beds
Nest Room: double bed + 1 single bed
Beds made upon arrival, towels (1 bath towel and 1 small hand towel per person), and household linens provided (hand towels and tea towels).

- 2 bathrooms/showers and 2 toilets.

- Catamaran net on the mezzanine level with books.

- Unique 4-5 person sauna in a vaulted cellar, with a relaxation area and walk-in shower. Private to the gîte, with free access. Plastic clogs provided.

- 2 televisions (living room and Industry Room). Blu-ray and DVD player / DVD library (children's and adults').

- Children's play area at the end of the dining room: children's table with coloring books and crayons. Numerous games and toys for all ages: play kitchen, Barbies, Playmobil, cars, tractor, backhoe, Meccano set, Lego... Available: 3-wheeled balance bike, tricycle, 2-wheeled balance bike, small bicycle with training wheels, baby walker. Outdoor games.

- Books, magazines, comics for children, teenagers, and adults. Board games/Cards

Outside:

- Access from the dining room, large 60m² south-facing terrace shaded by a pergola with a table for 12 people. 2 barbecues (a bag of charcoal and firelighters provided during the summer season), deck chairs, hammock, outdoor furniture. Mountain and forest views.

- Private landscaped garden of 1200m² with lawn. Swing and large playhouse.

- Two private parking areas: one with 5-6 spaces opposite the cottage, and one with 3 spaces in front of the house (ground floor), both free of charge.

- Fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi available throughout the cottage, free of charge. The code is provided on your Livebox.

- Wood pellets provided (automatically set to 20°C).

- For your comfort, our prices include all utilities (water, internet, wood pellets, electricity). However, excessive electricity consumption, exceeding €18/day, will be charged to prevent overconsumption.

- Toilet paper (10 to 12 rolls), soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaning products, and basic groceries are provided.

- In winter (with snow), snowshoes are available: 6 pairs in adult size, 2 in child size (hiking trails starting from the gîte), sleds (sledding track at the gîte), 2 boot warmers, IGN maps with information on walks and hikes, and a road book (laminated map holders).

- In summer: 1 small bag of charcoal and firelighters are available for barbecues.

- Baby equipment available upon request (free of charge): reclining high chair, baby bath, toys for toddlers, changing table, crib. A travel cot with a suitable mattress can be added for a second baby.

- Equipment for young children: booster seats, potty, toilet seat reducer, removable bed rail, stair gate.

- Firewood basket, including 5-6 logs of 50cm, newspaper, and firelighters: €5 each.

- Optional end-of-stay cleaning, available upon request, at a rate of €140. If you wish to clean the cottage yourself, cleaning products and equipment are provided. In this case, we ask that you leave the accommodation in the same condition as upon your arrival.

- Laundry room: Washing machine and dryer (free of charge), vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, clothesline with clothespins.
