I traveled here for business and stayed 5 nights. The public areas and the guest room were very clean. It was quiet, which I liked. The view from my room was of the Soo Locks, and just outside the hotel is a fabulous coffee shop. Just perfect for a business trip!

Very clean and quiet room walkiing distance of the sault "soo" locks and downtown restuarants and shops. Highly recommend. If your travels take you to the michigan upper peninsula and sault saint marie book your hotel here!

Excellent location, wonderful rooms, nice property. 2/3 of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful, engaged, welcoming and hospitable. The other 1/3 of the staff seemed annoyed at normal encounters, such as being asked to refill the lobby coffee in the morning, or being informed of a slow drain in one of the rooms.

This is an older hotel with a good value. Room was clean. Our room did not have a view of the locks, but the hotel’s location is great. The Soo Locks viewing area and visitor center are next door and there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

An outdated hotel located next to the Soo Locks. It is clean and the staff is helpful. Sauna is broken and workout area is small. The mattresses and pillows were poor and need to be replaced. It was a place to sleep at night.
