The room was clean and spacious with plenty of towels in the bathroom. With a little fiddling of the TV remote to the proper input, it worked fine. Staff was helpful in assisting me. The room only had a small undercounter fridge, no kitchen. The heating/a/c unit worked perfectly. It ran quietly when on. Despite the fact that the room is on the 1st floor facing a busy road, the room was relatively quiet. A $100 security deposit is required upon check-in which, according to the day desk clerk is refunded within a few days after checkout. If using the Ontario Northland bus to travel to Sault Ste Marie, this motel next door to the Northern Ontario Bus Soo Terminal.

All of the above was very happy with the young man at the front desk we had a superior room with kitchen but upstairs , no cannot do then he offered us a downstairs with two queen beds but no kitchen so these two old folks and their dog had to go upstairs, then he searched and found us the same on the ground floor , fridge did not work or was not plugged in no big deal. But we were had a great stay

This is my first motel experience. If you are expecting a spotless place, maybe it’s not the best choice. But overall we had a good service, asked for hot water got it in 2 mins. Parking and location was convenient. Wish the heater/AC was more efficient it was old. Overall a decent experience.

Asked for a pet safe room. Was told I had a pet safe room. The room was not pet safe. The bed was open at the back, allowing a cat to get into the box spring. The rooms are barren and cold, the property is crumbling. The vending machine had a "mystery" button. Walls don't block much noise. Would not recommend.

The kitchenette was great but there wasn’t any pots pans or dishes. Nothing. Not even a kettle in the room The bed was super comfy and the room was clean and spacious.

Walked in my room and there was hairs and what loooked like dirt under the cover. Went and changed rooms bed was a bit cleaner but 1/2 the towels in the bathroom had hairs or stains. Used the ones that mostly were cleaner since I was tired from driving all day and just wanted to relax. Won’t be going back after that. I was more than eager to leave in the morning.
