Everything was great! For a one night stay I have nothing but kudos for everything. Parking was out front door. A bit of a walk to the room (didn’t realize how BIG The hotel is) Would recommend and stay again..

We enjoyed our stay but please enforce your rules in pool and gym. There were a lot of unsupervised kids in both, and the few parents there were drinking White Claws (even though sign says no food or drink) instead of supervising the kids.

The breakfast had a good selection of food. It provided healthy choices. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful as well. Would stay there again when I am in Sault Ste Marie.

My car's roof compartment got stolen. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm on October 12, 2025. When I arrived, I had a roof bag/compartment on my car. I parked my car in the hotel's designated parking area, and I paid for the parking. The next morning, my car's roof bag/compartment was gone. It was stolen. I reported it to the reception desk on the morning of October 13, 2025. I know they put a sign there on the wall that says they are not responsible for any loss of personal property. That place is unsafe.

Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was quite adequate. Hotel somewhat dated but clean. Bathroom small, bathtub, door and toilet very close and awkwardly situated. Room good size. Very quiet. Beds very comfortable.
