The fact you have to pay for parking is wild. This should be something guest services honors for their guests. $15 for parking with an inflated room rate is disappointing. We weren’t told where anything is in the hotel. The staff were speaking their own language to each other and not engaging with the customer. The room was clean and tidy. That I will give them.

We stayed 4 nights but were busy with family everyday for the Thanksgiving weekend. The girls at the front desk we dealt with continually were helpful and very sweet and kind. Our room with 2 queen beds was roomy. The bathroom shower - all glass, top to bottom, fantastic. Next visit we are coming back.
For an extra $75 we were allowed to bring her with us. She is nondestructive and was happy in the room.
