Il Pettirosso cottage is a delightful cottage furnished and equipped with all modern comforts.
The house has an outdoor area where you can savor at leisure the seductive delights of eating al fresco! Available to the guests is the pretty swimming pool created just in front of the wonderful panorama to enjoy relaxing time immersed in the nature. Set in a privileged position on a hillside, surrounded by chestnut, olive trees and flowers, in a secluded, quiet sunny position in the green, the farmhouse affords superb views, which embrace both the Apuan Alps inland and the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean sea from the islands of La Spezia gulf to the lighthouse of Livorno port. This venue forms an ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre fishing villages and nature reserve, as well as for accessing the local beaches.

The area around Sarzana caters to many different tastes, offering a wealth of leisure-time pursuits for people of all ages. Watersports enthusiasts can swim, windsurf, sail and go sea-fishing in the Mediterranean, while sun-worshipers can bask idly on the unspoilt sandy beaches. The nearby inland Apuan Alps mountain range, which reaches as high as 1,750 meters above sea-level, provides extensive opportunities for leisurely walking, more strenuous hiking, serious climbing, or carefree cycling in fantastic scenery.

Architecture, the medieval town of Sarzana, set in the valley below, invites you to explore its lovely historic center and magnificent churches, which acquired special importance when the town took over the bishopric of Luni during the Middle Ages.

Belle location au calme

La maison est comme sur les photos avec tous les accessoires nécessaires à un bon séjour. La vue est magnifique - on voit jusqu’à la mer, et la maison reste fraîche pour passer des nuits paisibles. Le jardin est tres luxuriant et la piscine bien fraîche pour se rafraîchir après les balades au soleil.

Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Wer es Rutikal mag, ist genau hier richtig. Der Weg zum Haus ist serpentinenartig, hat und aber gefallen. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und die Aussricht auf Sarzana war sehr schön. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Mauro kam jeden Tag vorbei und hat den Pool gereinigt. Wir hatten auch jeden Tag Besuch von zwei Katzen.

Sehr schöne Aussicht und guter Service.

Das Objekt liegt auf 410m und ist über schmale Wege zu erreichen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die alte Villa hat sehr viel Charme. Der Besitzer kommt alle 2 Tage zur Poolreinigung und zum Wässern. Er gibt tolle Tipps und ist einfach SUPER Das ist ein einmaliges Urlaubserlebnis, was auch die Kinder so gesehen haben. Einfach TOP

Wunderschönes Haus auf dem Berg

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt relativ einsam aus dem Berg auf einem großen mit Olivenbäumen eingewachsenem Hanggrundstück. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich, sehr enge, steile Serpentinenstraße, dafür ist der Ausblick fantastisch. Der sehr nette Vermieter kommt jeden zweiten Tag zur Poolreinigung vorbei und ist immer ansprechbar. 2 Katzen wohnen auch dort.

Sandstrand oder Steinstrand an der feligen Steinküste...??? - BEIDES!!!

Wir verbrachten als 5-köpfige Familie eine super Zeit im Haus. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und es gibt viele herrliche Ecken zum Verweilen und in der Sonne oder Schatten liegen. Mauro der Verwalter ist supernett, kümmert sich um alles und hat immer geniale Tipps was, wo, wohin. Der Ausblick vom Haus auf die Bucht von Spezia ist der Hammer und Abends durch die Gassen von Sarzana schlendern genial. Wir fahren einen großen SUV und mit dem waren die letzten 4 Km den Berg hinauf zum Haus immer spannend: die Straße ist für ein italienisches Auto (klein und verbeult) gebaut, alle Anwohnder der Straße nehmen viel Rücksicht aufeinander und mit der gegenseitigen Achtsamkeit erreicht man das Haus immer sehr gut ohne Probleme. Wir haben die Lage sehr genossen, unternahmen tolle Ausflüge in die Toskana und entlang der Steilküste. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Pizza aus dem Steinofen schmeckt genial. Unsere Kids haben die Gemütlicheit des Hauses, den Pool und das superschnelle WLAN genossen. Unser Hund war auch dabei. Er konnte im Garten , der komplett umzäunt ist, den ganzen Tag umhertollen und rennen. Alles in Allem eine super schönes Ferienhaus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alles funktioniert mit viel Charme und Liebe. Immer wieder gerne!

Objektnummer 1744863 Ferienhaus mit Aussicht

Aufenthalt vom 20. Juli bis 3. August 2019. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Sarzana. Die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgt über eine kurvenreiche, unübersichtliche und enge (zwei Autos können sich nicht ohne weitere Manöver kreuzen) Strasse, wofür mindestens 10 Min. benötigt werden. Dies war uns während den zwei Wochen Aufenthalt immer mühseliger geworden. Die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus ist sehr gut. Das Haus selbst verfügt über die Räumlichkeiten gemäss Ausschreibung. Im Erdgeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche alles offen, grosszügig plus Dusche/WC, Abstellraum. Gedeckter Sitzplatz im Freien. Pool. Erste Etage, Doppelbett und Einzelbett (welches sehr laut ächzt unter jeder Bewegung und auch nicht bequem ist) in einem Raum, lässt sich zum Treppenhaus mit Türe abschliessen, von diesem Schlafzimmer aus Bad mit Badewanne (ohne Duschvorhang) und WC, Balkon, genügend Schränke und Kommoden. Mit einer schmalen Wendeltreppe geht es noch eine Etage weiter nach oben. Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Balkon. Da die 1. und 2. Etage aus Holz besteht, knarzt es bei jeden Schritt. Anwesen ist mit einem automatischen Tor gesichert. Das Haus verfügt über eine Garage. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Es ist ruhig, bis auf Hundegebell und Hähne. Die Sauberkeit ist ok, hat aber noch Potenzial nach oben. Bei zwei Wochen Aufenthalt gibt es frische Duschtücher und Pooltücher nach einer Woche, was sehr angenehm ist. Mauro hat uns sehr warmherzig willkommen geheissen und uns alles erklärt. Herzlichen Dank nochmals. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Ein weiteres Mal werden wir jedoch nicht kommen, da die Anfahrt zum Haus einfach zu aufreibend ist. Wir haben fast jeden Tag einen Ausflug in eine Stadt, zum Einkaufen, Sightseeing oder an den Strand unternommen und mit der Zeit wird es einfach mühsam mit dieser engen und unübersichtlichen Strasse. Zur Info: zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes lebten drei Katzen beim Haus. Wir haben selbst eine Katze und deshalb war es kein Problem für uns.

Schönes, individuelles Haus mit tollem Blick bis zum Meer

Geräumiges Haus in großem Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen. Im ersten Stock ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein kleines Einzelzimmer, allerdings ohne Tür. Ein weiteres Bett (auch eher für eine Person) steht im zweiten OG und ist über eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Toll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse. Der sehr nette Besitzer des Hauses kommt fast täglich morgens zum Poolreinigen, Katzenfüttern und Blumengießen und ist bei Problemen zuverlässig sofort da. Alles prima. Allerdings sollte man nichts gegen steile Serpentinen haben - die Fahrt ist recht anstrengend und man überlegt sich gut, ob man noch was aus dem Tal braucht......

Ruhe und Erholung mit fantastischem Ausblick.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Villa Pettirosso und Sarzana sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig, fast ganz oben auf dem Bergrücken über Sarzana und dem Golf von La Spezia. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ab Sarzana ist nicht weit (ca. 10-15 Minuten), aber dennoch etwas beschwerlich (es sei denn man fährt Ape, Fiat500, oder ähnliches: Enge Serpentinen und sehr schmale Passagen ... Man hofft auf keinen Gegenverkehr), aber es lohnt sich. Das Klima oben ist sehr angenehm: Viel Schatten im Garten und oft ein sanfter Wind, was wir vor allem in diesem extrem heißen Sommer sehr zu schätzen wussten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Und wenn dem doch so gewesen wäre, hätte es der Vermieter sicher sofort besorgt. Das Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was am Design von Badkacheln und Heizkörpern erkennbar ist (70ger Charme), aber gut in Schuss und wenn einen das nicht stört... Die Möbel sind zeitlos - Ein Mix aus antik und modern. Die oberen 2 Etagen sind ein reiner Holzaufbau, entsprechend hellhörig ist es. Auch der nächtliche Temperaturabfall und stärkere Winde lassen das Holz knacken. Wir mochten das allerdings sehr gerne. Das "Admiralszimmer" unter dem Giebel erreicht man über eine SEHR schmale Wendeltreppe. Einmal oben ist es aber ein unglaublich gemütlicher Raum. Unser Sohn (12) liebte diesen seinen "Ausguck". Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort war einfach toll. Wäschewechsel, regelmäßige Poolreinigung, Tipps für Unternehmungen und Kulinarisches, wiederholte Nachfrage, ob alles passt und ob wir etwas brauchen usw.: Alles einwandfrei. Wir haben sogar sehr reichlich frische Tomaten aus dem Garten des Vermieters bekommen und Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Dankeschön an M. für die herzliche Betreuung. Sarzana ist wirklich ein toller Ort. Die abendlichen Bummel durch die lebendige Altstadtgassen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Immer war was Anderes los: Birra in Borgo, Antiquitätenmarkt, Weinverkostung, Open Air Konzert, Ausstellungen im Rathaus und am antiken Waschplatz.

Entspannender Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt abseits. Wir haben diese Ruhe sehr genossen. In 20 Minuten ist man am Strand. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und versorgte uns mit tollen Tipp für Ausflüge. Diese Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend es ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt.

Perfect!

Villa Pettirosso was perfect for us. The villa is well appointed and it has good views of the valley and Mediterranean sea. Massimo And Francesca of "Sea and Country Villas" arranged the transfer from Pisa Airport for us. We had a great time indeed. The location is very good for day trips to CINQUE TERRE, Isola Palmaria Lerici and Portofino. We higly recommend it to all :)

Che dire , appena arrivi ti appare davanti un immagine rilassante . Il verde perfettamente curato , gli alloggi tenuti alla perfezione e la piscina meravigliosa fanno sì che ti senta davvero nel posto giusto per una vacanza davvero incantevole.

Sehr schönes aber abgelegenes Haus! Erholung pur!

Das Haus hat Charme! Alte Möbel im typischen italienischen Stil. Es ist alles für den alltäglichen Bedarf da was man braucht. Der Vermieter Mauro ist ein sehr sympathischer freundlicher Mann, der alle 2-3 Tage nach dem Rechten schaut, die Blumen gießt und den Pool säubert. Gemüse aus dem Garten und Obst von den eigenen Bäumen legt er auf den Frühstückstisch. Handtücher und Poolhandtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden und können bei Bedarf in der vorhanden Waschmaschine gewaschen werden. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, was für manche ein Problem darstellen könnte. Die Berganfahrt ist mühevoll und man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden und Einkäufe zu erledigen.10 min Fahrtweg bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Rundum ein sehr schönes Grundstück und ein perfekter Urlaub.
