I booked it by Expedia with breakfast. Holdvirág did not recognize the breakfast. I called Expedia. Expedia have seen the breakfast as part of the booking, tried to help, but since they could not speak English in the hotel, Expedia simply paid back the hotel price to me, and I drove to Budapest without spending the night in this hotel.

Very willing to solve some problems(9euro for 3 breakfest was realy for 1 breakfest, they offered 2 free of charge by theyr hospitality). Price for patio with kitchen and balcony great. Brautiful area around, lake , forest for running, nature fitness, playground for children, great thermal spa and pools, great restaurants(raspberry soup)etc.
