Stayed at this location for a basketball event weekend. Hotel overall was nice and staff were friendly especially in the morning at the breakfast. As for cleanliness, our king room did not feel so clean as there were hair everywhere. There was hair on the lamp on the table, there were hair by the toilet and inside the shower. We arrived late so did not want to deal with housekeeping. Was disappointed as expected more from this hotel. The shower shampoo/conditioner bottles were confusing. Two were labelled shampooing and one labelled conditioner with different liquids inside. We were wondering if one could be for shower gel? Cookies were a plus at check-in or during the day. Safe location and good parking spaces. About 10-15mins drive to sports event.

A very pleasant experience

One of the best places we have stayed. Everyone employed by the hotel was courteous, friendly and helpful. We saw multiple people cleaning the elevators and halls as well as a well organized room staff. The breakfast food was good, served on real plates and cutlery. We were even encouraged to let the staff clear the table so they were assured each table was cleaned between guests. We were quite impressed.
