*** UPDATE January 2025 - We recently did a major update to our property. We addressed all issues from our previous guests. A total deep cleaning was done from top to bottom. We got a beautiful new couch w/ a chaise, ottoman and 2 new arm chairs to relax in. The chaise can be used to sleep an additional person, but it is not a pullout bed. All new linens, towels, a new tv to accompany the queen bed in the guest room, new kitchen utensils, glassware, dishware and cookware. We purchased new beach chairs, new coffee maker and a host of other items for a better overall experience.

*We do not have an lift on property. Even though it is listed, VRBO can't seem to remove it from the description.

Welcome to Cosy Cove located just 1 minute from Turtle beach & 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. The apartment was very clean. It was priced reasonably. It was also close to the beach & the tram was a plus. We watched manatee & dolphins from the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Easy walking to the beach and when we felt like going into town for some fun or food, we hopped on the free trolly. Our kids enjoyed the pool and did some fishing on the pier! The condo was clean, comfortable, and they supply extra beach supplies which is so helpful to not have to pack or buy extra stuff! We hope to be back someday!

Parking was great. My kids did not want to go in the pool because "it was cold and had a lot of bugs". Distance to the beach was awesome. Location was great. The property was a bit outdated but was still an enjoyable place to stay. The beach accessories that were made available were also great. There was a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas which made the beach much more enjoyable.

This is our second time staying here and we had a wonderful time. We spent most of the days dropping our paddle boards into the water and paddling down to midnight pass. The convenience of being close enough to restaurants but still being far enough away to enjoy our quiet time was a perfect mix! Can’t wait to return!

It was just 0.2 miles to Turtle Beach, with plenty of parking. We enjoyed being south on the island with very little traffic and noise. The house was comfortable including the master bed. Some of the appliances were old but in working condition. Enjoyed having covered parking with plenty of room.
