- - kids must be 6 & older AND ALSO must be able to swim well in order to stay in this property. Kids must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. No horseplay. No diving, jumping or flipping. SHALLOW WATER. Pool & common area hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.. Strict neighborhood noise ordinance in place at night. Follow all posted pool area rules. Keep pool gate doors tightly closed. Kids must always be supervised by responsible Adult

- Registered guests only. No visitor parking. 2 Parking spots per place - use parking permit hangtags. NO STREET PARKING. Absolutely no pets. No smoking or vaping inside and no smoking outside anywhere on our grounds. Drive slowly on our road. Low-key, quiet respectful vacationers only. Must be 25 years old or older or staying with parents to stay here. No parties, events, or noisy gatherings of any kind.

- we use a professional pest control service. Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Please keep windows/doors tightly closed & keep place clean & tidy with food tightly closed to prevent pests.

- $350 fine for evidence of smoking and for pet violations & face immediate eviction.

You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or property use. VACATION HOUSE DETAILS:
Our very talented interior designer worked her magic to create a super comfortable, beautiful 3 bedroom/2 full bath vacation house for our guests - enjoy! We are proud to say we have many, MANY happy repeat guests visit year after year as a tradition. Two of the bedrooms (on each end of the house) have king-size beds. The third bedroom has a Full bed and a twin bed. Plus a Queen sofa sleeper in family room.

All bed linens & mattresses are new and comfortable! Two full bathrooms recently updated. All new furnishings throughout in an upscale coastal, inviting décor. Our dining room has pretty French Doors overlooking our attractive private pool with dramatic multiple fountains (which can be turned on & off) and backyard with lots of tropical plantings. Our kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a nice dining table overlooking pool. Basic outdoor shower within pool screen area provides a very refreshing quick clean up option. Pool heat is included. Lots of free amenities! High-speed free WIFI.
