Good front desk customer service. 2 TVs not working properly in room. Staff did assist with changing rooms — good service recovery . Floors were filthy. My children’s bare feet were Black with dirt. Rooms extremely outdated and old. 3 Police cars and multiple officers in parking lot after dark .

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was attentive. Since we were there for a couple of days, we did notice more wear and tear than what appeared at first glance. A lot of rusted metal - shower head and drain, lamps, etc. The bed was comfortable but creaked badly. Black out curtains would be very helpful since the lights outside the window were so bright it was quite light inside at night. I appreciated the full mini fridge and freezer that actually kept our food cold. The kitchen was very helpful with the stove top and sink. The television reception and internet were both adequate. Outside, the place doesn't look like much, but for the price it was good. Some aspects were great, and others - took the water forever to heat for ex. were not. Overall it was worth it.

I love the old Florida retro feeling from growing up in Florida in the 60’s & 70s. It was my second time here in the last couple of years. I felt safe & secure & it’s close to the airport. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars was that cleaning was quite up to a good standard. The floors could have been better swept & mopped. Housekeepers were very nice, though!

The suite was not very clean—stained walls, furniture, hair, and dust everywhere. The dishes provided were not clean. Looked very different from the pictures provided online. Furniture was run down, shelves were rusted. Pool said it was open until 9pm but locked early every night. Iron for clothes didn’t work well.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked two family members who were traveling down from Ohio two separate rooms based on "good" reviews from Expedia. When they arrived after driving all day from Ohio, I was informed that they found bedbugs in the corner of the mattress and both rooms smelled of mildew. The second room had a bare light switch exposed in the bathroom, and the toilet would not flush. After speaking with the front desk, my family members were told they would be refunded, since they were not comfortable staying there and had to go to a different hotel up the street. My brother was told the refund would appear in a couple of days. No refund was ever issued. Expedia was also no help and said the property refused to refund the rooms. $800 wasted because this hotel refused a refund on rooms that are not inhabitable. Disgusting and unethical.

It was an easy check in at the front desk. The location was good, it was quiet, and the space of the suite was ample. The space was quite old but there was a strong effort to update it. It was clean enough and provided a good stay for one night at the price. I recommend it for a quick stay.
