This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. I’ve owned rental property in both the Caribbean and Costa Rica and I have to say that Jim’s communication is top notch. He is very quick to respond and very through from check-in to check-out. The unit was nicely renovated, clean and centrally located on LBK. The staff is very friendly and the common areas and grounds are well maintained. Where do I start. This condo is beautiful in every way. The decor is definitely not from the sales rack. The host goes beyond the norm, don’t hesitate to ask about anything. The view is one of the best and only a few steps from the beach. Hosts like this spoil you and I loved it!!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view steps from the beach! Comfy beds, attentive owner, and very nice furnishings grant this stay 5 stars! It has a kitchenette with everything you could ever need. The property and condo owner provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, putt putt clubs and balls and shulffle board fun! 4 gas grill are on site. Pavilions by the beach are a nice feature. And, the view is worth one more mention, amazing!

Location was excellent. Had an incredible view was truly ON THE BEACH! The condo was very clean. We had. Sunday check-in and the unit was available early for us, which allowed us to start our day earlier on the beach! Washer and dryer are provider on site but not in the unit so pack accordingly. The unit does provide cooler, umbrella and chairs! We would definitely rebook!
