This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

Wonderful condo. As James states, it’s not your typical condo for rent. It was very beautifully appointed and the condition of the condo was great. The view is outstanding and you can’t get much closer to the beach. There are many great restaurants to choose from. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

We really wanted to get away from crowded beaches and have a view of the beach from our room. This gave us both and the place was clean as a whistle. My wife always does the bed inspection and we both look at the rentals as a whole and this passes with flying colors. Jim was communicative and helpful.After a day on the uncrowded beach we enjoyed the pool and then went to watch the sunset. If you do not want a crowded tourist scene, this is a perfect place for a couples getaway.

Jim is a fantastic host. He's a great communicator, from the time of booking to questions we had during our stay. He provided us with an informational packet that was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well kept. 2nd story allows a nice sunset view each evening. Close to the beach as advertised. The apartment could use some additional glassware for users as the glasses in the Kitchen area were minimal. The location in the middle of Longboat Key provides easy access to all the Key and St.Armands Key as well.The King-sized bed in the bedroom was very nice.The information packet provided by the host was great.We would love to come back sometime in the future.
