With two bedrooms in the main house, and two guest bedrooms above each garage with en suite bathrooms, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation home is perfect for entertaining, traveling families or couples. The open living area creates a spacious appeal, while the outdoor gas fireplace, BBQ area and patio seating draw you out into the warm Florida air. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite coutertops and modern cabinetry and sleek finish. The master retreat includes a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, double closets and a private zen garden with outdoor shower. The best feature of the home is the private open air pool leading right into the magnificent Sarasota Bay views. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.
