This brand new, impeccably built townhome in Skye Ranch community offers an open floor plan on the main level and is well appointed for your enjoyment.

The living area offers the comforts of a large flat screen smart tv, cozy sectional sofa and reclining chair. There is a sofa sleeper in the sectional for added sleeping accommodations. A large glass sliding door opens up to the outdoor patio.

The kitchen boasts a beautiful quartz island with four barstools, stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry. The kitchen provides a stylish and functional space for enjoying a quick snack or preparing a culinary spread.

The townhome community offers 2 pools with lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabana area for enjoying the Florida sun.

The second level has the private space of three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king sized adjustable bed, walk-in closet, flat screen smart tv and an en-suite bathroom complete with glass walk-in shower, dual shower heads and vanity with two sinks. The second guest room has a queen size, adjustable bed and flat screen smart tv, while the third guest room has a queen size bed and flat screen smart tv, both with dressers and closets for ample storage space.
