My a/c was leaking when i got there. Carpet was wet 3-4 ft away from a/c. They didnt seem to care. It was a lot worse when i left. They didnt event try to do anything about it.

It was a great location. Very close to the interstate. Clean and comfortable room . The only complaint is the advertisement says access to off site gym facilities which is incorrect. They have a small gym on site with the necessities but I was expecting what was advertised so I was disappointed. Other than that everything was as expected.

My arrival was at 2:30 am with prior notice to the hotel, upon arrival they received me at the front desk and they already had the room key ready, when I went up to the room the key did not work, I went down to the front desk immediately there was no one at the front desk, for an hour I was waiting and no one came back, I had to call customer service from the hotel corporate to help me, they finally contacted the person at the front desk and arranged the programming of the room key, access to my room was finally at 4:00 am, An example of the poor service attention to a priority need of a hotel such as room access, the main business of a hotel

Room was exactly what we were expecting. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. James really went above and beyond to get us into our room early after my husband threw his back out the day before. It was much appreciated! He even went as far as to personally check to make sure the room was ready. It was that extra touch that really made the stay for me.
