Old Florida style home with a modern twist. 1 BR with Queen bed/1 BA with tub and shower. Sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 4 persons. 2-3 most comfortably. Full kitchen with pots/pans. Microwave. NEW IN 2019: GRANITE, CABINETS, FLOORING, SHOWER. Property has fenced backyard with heated pool (winter) ,lounge chairs, patio tables and chairs, and gas grill. VIEW THE GULF FROM THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY, 2 minute walk to the beach! Public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico just across the street!! A great location!! This is 1 of 4 units that share the property, backyard and amenities. Enjoy the pristine white sand beaches so famous on Anna Marie Island & Bradenton Beach. Watch the sunsets from your front yard or sun rise on the Inter Coastal Waterway off Tampa Bay. The unit is ground level and opens onto shared yard/pool. Clean.. peaceful... and private to renting guests only. Unit is within walking distance to a variety of island shops & restaurants. Free Island trolley 'stop' on our corner. Trolley takes you from one end of the island to the other (just jump on & off). Visit all the beaches, fishing docks, entertainment, city pier and shopping. Quiet residential area. Winter Getaway
Quaint and cozy cottage. Very clean, well equipped, and close beach access made it a beautiful place to see the sunset. The place is ideally set to see new sites while walking the dog, the beach to roam, access to trolley rides, and a beautiful heated pool area to kick my feet up and relax in quietness. Jill was on top of things all the time with her desire to accommodate every need. Excellent host! My two weeks may have been a little cool, windy and rainy, but it was wonderful compared to a foot and half of snow and below zero temperatures back. I hope to be back next year.

Great little spot with BEST host
Jill does an incredible job of welcoming guests. We were very sick for most of trip but she made the stay a positive experience. Cute little place. Big step up into bathroom may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Wonderful to walk out of room right onto pool deck. Great location with easy access to beach. We'll be back!

Property was exactly as described, just 100 steps to the beach. In a quiet neighborhood. Island trolley bus service which stops just round the corner is an excellent way to get around.

Our 20th Anniversary Getaway
Just perfect. Walk across the street to the beach. Walk at night, Beautiful stars out at night. Apartment had all the things you need and possibly forget to bring. Spices, coffee, filters. Quaint, comfortable feeling inside. Bathroom was Awesome, Bedroom was Sweet. I'd suggest anyone to stay here. Thank you. W.F.E.
