Not a five star stay…
We liked the house, the location was good. We were 20 min away from every where. The “not so good” when we arrived there were leaves in the pool and a red “solo cup” floating in the pool also. We didn’t complain because “We are on vacation” We paid an extra 25 per day to have the pool heated to make the most of our stay. It still seemed to be pretty cold, we assumed it was just because it only heats part of the time. The afternoon before we left, the pool maintenance guy showed up and added a lot of water and treated the pool. That was the nicest the pool had been. When I brought it to the companies attention they said “Hopefully you’ll stay with us again so we can give you the 5 star say you expected and deserved. “You should have let us known sooner…I’m sorry I don’t know what the proper level for the pool to work correctly. There was also black mold on the washing machine, they said they will try to correct that for the next person. Poor customer service!
