This home is newly renovated and totally updated!. And...YES!! There is a POOL! This heated, saltwater pool is complete with a screened in cage so you can enjoy your time without the hassle of any pests of any sort. It also has a lovely lounge/tanning ledge and waterfall feature. The beauty and enjoyment of the pool is just the beginning of what this house has to offer. Brand new owners went all out to keep the charming feel yet infuse this house with brand new touches! You will feel right at home while enjoying the vibe of this beach house. Brand new furnishings that will not disappoint. Get ready to absolutely fall in love with this property.

The nitty gritty details:

3 full bedrooms
Master bedroom has a king bed and a large dresser. There are sliding glass doors that walk out to the back patio. The large master bath is connected with two sinks and an extra large shower that is really lovely! There is also a walk-in closet that is perfect for storing clothes and more! This room is also equipped with a television.
Bedroom #2 is large and has a king bed and spacious closet. This bedroom also sports a large dresser and a desk for all of your "working from home" needs. There is a television in this room.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and spacious closet and generous dresser for storage needs.
3 full bathrooms
Master bathroom is large with two sinks and plenty of storage. The walk-in shower is really spacious with a seating area. This shower is the bomb!
Bathroom #2 is located right near the 2 front bedrooms. It is a full bath with both a shower and a tub. This bathroom is beautifully updated with a retro flair that will not disappoint!
Bathroom #3 is also a full bath and a shower that includes a seating area within it.

Living room: When you enter the house, you are greeted by the warmly decorated living room. Furnished with a roomy sofa and chair and beautiful console, this room is not only a welcoming entrance to the house but a useful space for quiet reading or cozy television watching.

Kitchen: The kitchen has plenty of room for cooking a great meal or just enjoying your morning coffee. Microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, Keurig and all sorts of things that will make the kitchen both useful and lovely. This space includes lots of counter space and a wonderful eating spot with counter stools that can easily seat up to 4 people. Just beyond the kitchen, towards the back of the house is a dining area with a table that seats 6.

Family room: This room is comfortably furnished and sits along the back of the house. It has a 55” TV that makes this spot excellent for watching things as a group. This is the ideal spot for watching both sporting events and movies...or just binge watching the newest binge worthy show! And...if all of those large and cozy bedrooms are not enough...there is also extra sleeping room courtesy of a beautiful pull out sofa in the family room. This sofa can comfortably sleep 2.

This home was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids, ages 11 and 15). The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from great restaurants, the beach, and only about a 20 minute drive from the Sarasota airport. It sits right off the Stickney Point Bridge, making it incredibly convenient to get on and off Siesta Key. Crescent Beach is walkable, though we chose to drive to the main public beach most mornings. While staying directly on the key has its perks, we appreciated being able to grab groceries or run quick errands without getting stuck in the slow-moving island traffic. The house itself is beautifully maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even though we didn’t cook (vacation rules!), the kitchen had every tool, dish, spice, and gadget imaginable. For the beach, there was a wagon, towels, toys, a cooler, and more. Traveling without our own vehicle, we really appreciated having all of this provided. Our host, Lisa, was wonderful—quick to respond to emails before our trip and thoughtful enough to check in the morning after we arrived. She left a binder full of FAQs, dining recommendations, local activities, and general area tips. The outdoor space was a highlight. The pool area is gorgeous, and our kids practically lived in the water. There’s a large outdoor sofa, a dining table for six, plenty of seating, and even a nice backyard beyond the screened-in pool. We truly loved our stay and highly recommend.

Winter vacation

We have been travelling to Florida since 1985, the location of this home is absolutely amazing next to Siesta Key Beach minutes away, lots of restaurants and a very nice neighbourhood. The home is very nice and is great if you have a dog in the backyard, Beautiful Pool and Lisa is absolutely amazing to deal with, I highly recommend it. Cindy and Joe.

Wonderful beach vacation home

This well appointed home provided a wonderful place to relax. We are going to miss the luxurious shower that is part of the updated primary suite, the beautiful pool and lanai, and the convenient location that we enjoyed during our three week stay. Lisa made sure that all of our questions were answered and she was very easy to communicate with. We love the neighborhood and it is so easy to walk over to the Key or bike with the bikes that they offer their guests. The layout of the home offers plenty of privacy if you are working remotely during your time there or traveling with friends/extended family. Hoping to stay here again when we return to Siesta Key!

Gem in Sarasota

The house was well equipped and very clean. We had 2 young children who thoroughly enjoyed the salt water pool. The large lanai was a perfect place for everyone to gather and we ate most of our meals out there. Lisa provided the personal touches and was very prompt in communications.

True paradise!

We’ve been snowbirds for five years and this home is our favorite! It’s walking distance from Siesta Key and shops and has all the amenities of home. The pool is glorious and the home has been well maintained and has a great vibe to it. The owners are very responsive and helpful. It’s also great for a family or 2-3 couples since there are two relatively private living spaces. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great place to stay!

Lisa is an outstanding host. We connected before the trip and she was nice enough to check in a couple times during our 2 week stay. She is very responsive and clear in her communications. The house is an easy 10 minute drive to Siesta Beach public parking. The house is in a great neighborhood - very quiet and perfect for walking a dog. The pool area is awesome. In fact, we spent most of our time outdoors in the pool area when at the house (we visited between Dec 27-Jan 10) - there is a comfortable, large outdoor couch, patio table with seating for 6, 2 big lounge chairs and a large outdoor TV. The bedrooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The house was also extremely well stocked with supplies (eg toilet paper, paper towels, aluminum foil, etc) you would need to get started while away from home (to also include an insane amount of beach towels). We also really appreciated the laundry room - the washer and dryer were key! I could go on and on with so many nice things to say about this house and renting from Lisa! Thanks Lisa for everything!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice property, great location. Spacious house. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. We all loved the pool area. The pool was wonderful and refreshing on such hot days. They are pet friendly which was super important to us. Lisa did a great job of making us feel welcome. Lots of thought was put into little extra amenities which were definitely appreciated. We had a great time!

Home away from home

I would like to personally thank Lisa for such excellent hospitality and communication shown to us before, during and after our 2 week vacation stay at her home. The home was incredibly comfortable, and accommodating for a large family. Very clean, and thoughtfully/well stocked. The pool and the outdoor pool area are beautiful, which we thoroughly enjoyed everyday. Now the location...what more can a stay...a stones throw away from the beach...couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Siesta Beach, and the many attractions in Sarasota. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house has a perfect floor plan, with two bedrooms and a living room on one side and the primary bedroom and another family room on the other side. The kitchen is in the middle, with all the cooking utensils we needed. Lisa and Mel were very sensitive to our needs, as the cage around the pool was being built when we were there. It is a beautiful pool and lanai, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. We want to come back!

This house is perfect ….. two bedrooms situated on one side of the house and the master bedroom/bathroom on the other. Kitchen centered in the middle dividing the bedrooms. Plenty of privacy space if needed. Everything updated and the location can’t be beat!! Would highly recommend!

Such a great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay. The house is loaded with great extras that made our time really nice. We loved walking to the beach and using the chairs and cooler that were provided! A nice surprise. The host was also really great to deal with. We will definitely return. Just what we needed!
