Enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer when you stay at our place. *****************Please note that this property includes two additional separate units located on the opposite sides in the back of the home. The main house is the unit being advertised. It features three rooms—two located near the bathroom and one near the kitchen. The third room has its own private entrance but will only be accessible from main door for security . You will have full access to your entire unit within the main house, and a designated parking space will be provided for you.

The space is completely private. One of the other units is occupied by the landlord, and the second unit is also rented separately through listing platforms there’s one cleaner/maintenance team local on site throughout the day .
