Cozy and very central hotel, right in the center of Saranda and very close to the bus station. The owner was absolutely wonderful, he took us to the bus station in his car because it was 6am and it was raining. He made a huge difference. We recommend this hotel!

I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Bistrica and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the promenade, making it easy to access restaurants, boat excursions and the beach. One of my favourite parts of the hotel was the terrace overlooking the bay. Every evening I would rush back before sunset to sit quietly, enjoy the spectacular view and unwind after a day of exploring. It became my little sanctuary. What truly made this hotel exceptional, however, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, warm and attentive throughout my stay. I unfortunately developed a cough and began to lose my voice, and they went above and beyond to look after me. They insisted on bringing breakfast to my room, made me chamomile tea and checked in on me to make sure I was okay. Their genuine care and hospitality made me feel less like a guest and more like family. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. Travelling solo can sometimes feel daunting, but the team at Hotel Bistrica made my stay feel safe, relaxing and memorable. Thank you for your kindness and for making my time in Sarandë so special. I hope to return one day.

Saranda una scoperta

Per hi per la prima volta va in Albania non potevamo scegliere struttura migliore. Tutto nuovo e realizzato con gusto in una posizione centralissima con una bellissima veduta, ma quello che fa la differenza è la gentilezza e l'attenzione del personale in particole di Nicu che è stato una persona speciale nel risolvere ogni problematica in tempo reale. Nonostante tutte le problematiche dell'Albania ha reso la nostra vacanza speciale Grazie.
