The spa was well below expectations, based on what advertised. Room temperature was very hard to control (too cold). We expected more variety for breakfast menu. When we booked we had no idea that it was a alcohol-free establishment.

The hotel is very nice and clean They charged me extra few Marks for city tax that I was not aware when I did reserve the hotel. The phone in the room was not working and they did not fix it after telling them..I had to go downstairs every time I needed something while in the hotel.

Malak regency

The hotel is very high class. A free breakfast is available and it is satisfying. The evening buffet is a very good bargain.its location is a bit outlying but cabs are available. All in all very nice.
