I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is ideal foo exploring the old town and walking along the river. Myself and my wife would gladly stay at the Plaza again.

It was very well located. Staff at reception was very nice. Room was very small but went with the price. There seems to be a very good breakfast for a decent price and goes with a nice bite of town. The hotel is a bit noisy maybe due to construction materials.

Clean, small new hotel in excellent location in old Saravejo. Good value and quite comfortable even if bedroom furniture is a little spartan. Excellent free wifi connectivity. Special shout out to Alisa the main receptionist/manager who is just excellent - knowledgeable, friendly and a problem solver. Other staff less engaged but english language barrier doesn't help. Breakfast is the one item that could/ should be improved. Options are very limited: no fruit or even yogurt and no fresh coffee. A pity because the breakfast room has a stunning view of the city. But overall would stay again and recommend without hesitation.

Great location!

This is a great place for seeing the old downtown area. It is just a few minutes walk to the downtown area. the staff are helpful and friendly. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others visiting Sarajevo.

Nice !

Budget-friendly stay near the center of Sarajevo - Bascarsija is merely 500 m away. Hotel new and renovated, not very much service-oriented, but friendly staff. Limited parking. Good breakfast, but starting late - at 9 AM. The recepcionist Alisa is a star, she would make a perfect hotel manager anywhere - it's worth coming to stay here, just because of her :)

Exceptional staff, newly renovated and clean, free, but rather late breakfast. VEery gpod room rates. Low on parking space, but this is center of Sarajevo and the parking space is extremely limited for everyone.
