We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The beds were comfortable and room very clean. Staff were lovely. The hotel provides access to tea/coffee and bathroom amenities at the front desk and so you always have everything that you need. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Odori Park and the train station which makes it very convenient. An excellent stay.

Convenient location

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel in Sapporo. I used this hotel for different locations in Japan. It's a decent room. I will definitely use this location again.

It was worth adding 'breakfast' at the cozy restaurant "Hanabi" at the hotel. The good memory created by the the tasty local food, nice Jazz music and the excellent customer service in the privacy respected atmosphere. The laundry facility and 24 hr human reception available, was a plus. The room was good. Only down size of the quality is the air quality. The air in the room minus was not stable quality; it was too humid to survive during stay although air conditioner was on.
