小樽運河に行くにも車で5分ほどなので、小樽運河に行きたい人には良いところです。 室内については、とても綺麗。部屋も広く、乾燥機付き洗濯機があるのでとても助かりました。 また利用したいと思えるくらい満足です。

住宿位置與堺町通只有5分鐘路程，很理想。屋子很大，乾淨企理，很好。但是溝通就一塌糊塗，住宿管理員承諾入住前三天會把進入大廈和取丫鎖匙的密碼等入住的資料電郵給我，但出發前2天也沒收到，令人相當困擾。最後我要自己主動聯絡才可以收到所需資料。
