The property is well maintained and overall clean and tidy. The beach is a private section of beach, shared with a few other hotels, which is also nice however the sand is pretty rough on the the feet (nothing the Hotel can do about that). The staff are very polite and accommodating, big shout out to Max & Zidan from the beach bar/ Panali restaurant; extremely friendly and very helpful! The room, which we had was a Premium Ocean Pool Suite (room 222), was very well maintained and looked after with a beautiful view of the Ocean, albeit it there was another row of suites in front but not obstructing the view. All in all it was a very nice hotel and one that I would visit again should I return to Koh Samui.

This resort is wonderful! The food is absolutely fabulous. We were there for four nights in off-season and it was quiet and romantic. This is not a party type place-at least when we were there. The staff is so warm and friendly and always smile. They had a party by the pool with great snacks and free drinks and very comfortable atmosphere. I would come back here. There's not much around the resort in terms of shopping or anything so if you want to be in the middle of the action this is not the right place. But if you want a romantic getaway without booming Eurobeats this is it

Thank you very much for providing us with a memorable and wonderful trip. We would like to express our appreciation to all the staff here, as they were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles, which put us in a pleasant mood throughout our stay. We would like to give special recognition to Alex, Dao, C, Wee, Mac, and Glory, as they demonstrated exceptional intelligence, organization, helpfulness, and sincerity. Their service was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We had an excellent experience thanks to the great environment, good facilities, and friendly staff. Incredible staff and friendly service. Beautiful room with huge pools. The food was wonderful. The beach was gorgeous. The staff and service is what makes this place amazing!

Service was 15/10. The staff was so attentive. They had a way of anticipating our needs without being intrusive. Great for couples and families. We stayed in Villa 1003, beachfront. Special thanks to Pumm our butler and On our very sweet house keeper. Incredible stay!
