Doğa ile iç içe olması güzel. Aile olarak 3 kişi gittik odaya. Kalacağımız yere extra yatak koymasınlar bir kaç kere hatırlattık mimi bar yoktu. Banyoda acayip bir koku vardı rahatsız ediciydi. Yarım pansiyon tercih ettik sabah akşam kaçta sorduğumuzda onlarda mı vardı dediler. Rezarvozyonumuza doğru dürüst bakmadılar.

işletme bünyesindeki herkes cana yakın, yardımsever espirili ve kibarlardı. ortam olarak sıcak asla yabancı ve dıştan hissetmiyorsunuz. temizlik açısından hiçbir sorun yoktu yaşam alanındaki gerekli temizlik gözle görülür şekilde vardı. oda konforunda sıkıntı yaşamadık rahatlıkla her alanı verimli şekilde kullanabiliyorsunuz eksiğiniz olsa dahi anında temin edip mağdur etmiyorlar ellerinden ve imkanları doğrultusunda her türlü yardımı sağlıyorlar. mekanın gündüz ayrı gece ayrı güzelliği mevcut sessiz ve huzur verici ben buraya aitim hissiyatı veren bir mekan kesinlikle görülmeli kafa dinlemek isteyenlerin tam adresi. İşletmeye buradanda her şey için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Felaket

Rezerve ettiğimiz oda Suit Oda adıyla tanımlanmış ama suit sadece oda ismi. Abartmıyorum içeri girip te gördüğümüz oda tam bir korku filmi sahnesi gibiydi. Zeminde kirli bir kilim, oda buz gibi zemin soğuk, yatak başının sağ tarafı kirden kararmış durumda, yatağın yanında bir aynalı konsol var ama lavabo olarak harika! bir tasarımla değiştirlmiş. Lavabolun sol tarafında perdeli bir banyo, diğer sağ tarafında perdeli bir tuvalet var. Perdeli evet. Yatağın başında 2 ışık var ama biri yanmıyor. 2 koltuk var ama oturamadık temiz mi diye. İçerisi kör karanlık anlayacağınız ama şömine var. Bu manzarayı görünce odayı değiştirmek istedik. Zaten bu duruma alışkanlık sağlanmış bizi bungalova aldılar. Burası nispeten daha iyiydi ama ciddi bir ısınma problemi var. Klima çok gürültülü çalışıyor ve gece uyutmadı. Isıtma için koydukları elektrikli bir alet de yeterli olmuyordu. Sabaha kadar çalıştırdık ama neyse güneş doğup odanın boydan boya cam cephesine vurunca ısındı. Wifi yok, TV var. tuvalet banyo kısmı için ayrı bi ısıtma yok. Duş alamadık, alınması mümkün değil. Kahvaltı dan beklentimiz çok olmadı bı şartlarda. Vasat. Sırf çocuğumuzun kar tatili heyecanını bölmemek için 2 gece kaldık. 3 gece rezervasyon vardı oysaki. Gün içide kartepe keyifli vakit geçirdik ama otel dayanılacak gibi değildi. 1 gün erken çıktık. Basit bir tabirle para verip rezillik çektik. Hotels firması anlaşma sağladığı yerleri nasıl kontrol ediyor? Standartlarınız yok mu? Her ilan vereni sisteme alıymusnz
