What a shame that such a nicely designed facility is run by such unprofessional staff. The only property functioning employees were the cleaning/housekeeping crew, the rest were in shambles. Breakfast is overcooked and served burnt, front desk staff have no clue what kind of service is provided by the hotel, noises at night equally caused by staff at the restaurant upstairs and by guests in nearby rooms, again with no proper support by the front desk staff.

Kahvaltı çeşidi çok güzeldi ve kahvaltı salonunun manzarası da çok iyiydi. Odalar beklendiği düzeyde ve temiz. Görevli personel çok ilgiliydi. Karşılamada, resepsiyonda ve kahvaltıdaki görevliler güler yüzlüydü, müşterilerle birebir ilgileniyorlardı. Özellikle kahvaltıdaki ince davranışı için Yüksel Hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederim. kaldığımız oda sesli çalışan makinaların hemen dibinde olduğu için gece sesten uyuyamadık.arada ses yalıtımı yoktu. Sonra odayı değiştirmek istedik hemen yardımcı oldular.değiştirdik. fakat iki odada zemin seramik kaplama idi ve yerler oldukça pisti.. silinmemişti. Onun dışında gayet konforluydu, yatak ve diğer eşyalar.kahvaltısı oldukça lezzetliydi.çalışanlar ilgiliydi.
