was only a contingency booking due to being flooded out at a campsite along the road. was a nice place, very clean and professional. the dinner was superb and good value, the staff friendly and helpful. they had some storm damage, but this barely affected service. bit pricey for me, but then i was expecting to camp - if you can spring a hundred euro for a night is well worth it! secure bike parking also

Overall excellent with one low point.

Overall a very good experience, friendly staff, excellent accommodation, outstanding evening meal. The only poor part was the poor breakfast. However would not hesitate to stay there again - we’d eat breakfast elsewhere.

We chose this property because it had a restaurant in the property as well as a jacuzzy. Upon checking in we were informed the restaurant will not be available because we did not make prior reservations. We explained we had been on a motorcycle for 9 hours and were looking forward to jump in the jacuzzy and eat. The jacuzzy need it reservations too. We had to walk 20” in the rain to have dinner. Upon walking back to the hotel we saw plenty of tables available at the restaurant. Horrible service.

Hotel was good but restaurant was so slow, it took 1 hour to get the appetizer which was a foie gras with no cooking needed, and the rest was also so slow that we had to give up on desert, so disappointing! Many other people seem to be in similar situation and frustration!

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec, comme formulĂ© dans le descriptif, une bouilloire et cafĂ© soluble Ă  disposition dans la chambre. J’ai rĂ©servĂ© cet hĂŽtel car je travaille de la chambre le matin et ne petit dĂ©jeune jamais. Malheureusement, aucune bouilloire dans la chambre, (erreur du site expĂ©dia Ă  priori ) et les 3 jeunes rĂ©ceptionnistes n’ont trouvĂ© aucune solution, ni mĂȘme un service d’étage pour m’apporter un cafĂ© dans ma chambre le matin. L’Une d’elles m’a quasiment jetĂ© sur le comptoir une bouilloire, qui plus est dĂ©fectueuse, dont je n’ai pas pu me servir bien sĂ»r! . Vraiment pas commerçante pour ce type d’hĂŽtel proposant des chambres Ă  123€.

Lors de mon achat cadeau d anniversaire pour mon compagnon , j ai pris la chambre avec le jacuzzi privĂ© en plus de la partie bien ĂȘtre SPA justement pour le jour du dĂ©part et pouvoir en profiter aprĂšs vu qu il fallait rendre la chambre Ă  midi mais l hĂŽtesse m a dit sĂšchement qu il fallait rĂ©server !!!! DĂ©jĂ  l accueil sec c est une chose non commerciale que je dĂ©teste par contre pour vous faire rĂ©server le restaurant et le petit dĂ©jeuner ils ont dĂ» vous le demander avant le sĂ©jour mais le spa Ă©tant compris dans le prix de la chambre , on ne vous le demande pas, une chose Ă  prĂ©voir et noter !!!
