The hotel is in need of some serious maintenance, Everywhere, paint and bits of concrete are missing. We had a beachview room: never choose this one. It has a large window that looks on the beach, but the people on hte beach also look directly into your room, so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Moreover, the window cannot be opened, because it opens directly onto the beach and you would get a lot of visitors in your room. The swimming pool is not as big as it looks and the toilets near the swimming pool stink of mould, a smell that carries over to the restaurant above it. The reception personnel was in general friendly and the waiters as well. The included breakfast is limited in choice. They have a dispenser for three types of cereals, of which one is empty and the other two are filled with the same cereal. If you want milk in your cereal (there is no yogurt) , you have to ask the waitress. The choice of fruit juice depends on the day, so be prepared for surprises.

I didn't get the room I paid for because the air con was broken. Although they fixed it the next day it was a major hastle to move. I think I should really be reimbursed for the difference. The pool area needs alot more shade and the pool has the wrong tiles. They are slippy and dangerous. I didn't eat in the restaurant but my friends said it was very goid. Outside ares need to be painted. So overall I have a mixed review. This hotel could easily be very good. The staff need to make a small extra effort to look after customers and smile. That would help alot.

Lovely looking hotel right in the centre of the city however the hotel is not fully ready ie there were no cushions for the sun loungers to use by the pool, some areas still under construction and breakfast is not the best. For the high price paid, it is not worth it at this point in time. It will be once everything is set up.

Nice little boutique hotel that has seen better days. Great mattress, each room has TV w/ Netflix & couch which I loved. White towels very stained, shower dingy white etc. Terrible food. Still, nice to be right in the center of town with a pool. Check if there is a party as these can get loud ( wld be great if property provided earbuds and told guests of events BEFORE arrival in country).

Our flight was postponed and we had to make a last minute reservation. We were thrilled with the King bed, rare on this trip, and the room. Staff were friendly and had a late dinner in the restaurant with view of the marina. Definitely a 5 star in Cabo Verde

Almoçamos aí, mas a comida, além de demorar mais de 35 minutos ( com duas mesas a precisas de serviço ), a comida estava sem sabor e seca, sem qualidade nenhuma. A simpatia e profissionalismo do staff deixa muito a desejar. Falta de formação. O quarto, quem entra, parece fenomenal, mas quando se começa a olhar em volta, as paredes estão cheias de humidade e a descascar. A casa de banho, tem as paredes desgraçadas e ao fundo do chuveiro, tem uma placa de madeira, que a pessoa tem receio de vêr o que se passa por baixo. A zona da piscina está completamente ao abandono: piso todo partido e descascado; fios à vista de todos, que se torna perigoso para todos os que frequentam o espaço; vidros no chão espalhados. Copos e chávenas espalhados no piso, sem que ninguêm, todo o dia, os recolha. Pequeno-almoço com fraca apresentação, nada como nos apresentam nas fotos do website. Mas havia alguns produtos que tinham qualidade. Apresentei o nosso desagrado à gerente, a sra Marinela, que, apontou todas as minhas observações e opiniões. Mas pela sua expressão facial e corporal, senti que as observações iriam ficar pelo caminho. Ainda nos ofereceu um jantar para os 3, mas sinceramente, mais valia não o ter feito. Simplesmente fomos jantar a outro local, fora do hotel. Hotel perigosos e sem condições para clientes. Higiene? Não sei.

Logo no 1º dia, a sala de apoio à piscina, para refeições, parecia estar em obras e as mesas e cadeiras todos espalhados e desarrumado.
