Foi tudo impecável, guardadas as proporções de ser um lugar mais simples e de Eu ter feito a opção de acomodação Standard, o jantar incluso como cortesia fez toda a diferença, apesar de simples a comida era ótima e o atendimento SENSACIONAL !!!!!

Equipe mal humorada e ríspida! Quarto simples, a cama é extremamente pequena (casal comum), tv muito antiga e lenta, não dá pra assistir Netflix. Não houve serviço de limpeza do quarto. Jantar ruim, carne queimada (isso pq pedi mal passada), conclusão paguei por 3 dias e só jantei 1x e joguei fora. Café da manhã faltou pão de queijo, pedi várias vezes falaram que iriam trazer e nada. O valor foi muito alto para um padrão muito baixo. Infelizmente não voltarei nunca mais!

Quarto limpo e amplo ponto ruim é q não tem nenhum espelho no quarto, somente no banheiro. E a cama do 313 é extremamente barulhenta precisa ser trocada ou ter uma manutenção com urgência, atrapalha muito o sono ao de virar e ouvir barulho alto. O café da manhã achei bom, apesar do espaço pequeno com muitas mesas e cadeiras e dificultando a circulação de esbarrar nas pessoas ou de ficar um pouco espremido na cadeira devido ao pouco espaço.

Pontos positivos: Localização e prestabilidade dos funcionários. Quarto razoável. Jantar simples, mas bem servido e incluso no valor. Pontos negativos: Paredes muito finas, conseguimos ouvir tudo. Horário do café é muito curto e termina as 9h, por este motivo fica muito tumultuado e cheio. Pontos a melhorar: Limpeza do quarto, horario do café. Custo beneficio ruim. É caro para o que oferece.

Reservei este hotel pelo Hoteis.com e infelizmente tive uma experiência negativa. Ao chegar, foi disponibilizado um quarto sem kit de higiene básico, o que já demonstra falta de cuidado com o hóspede. Além disso, o quarto tinha vista para os fundos, mesmo havendo outros quartos disponíveis no hotel. Outro ponto que me causou desconforto foi a presença de uma porta dentro do quarto, que segundo um funcionário “não tem acesso”. Ainda assim, a sensação de insegurança permanece, pois parece que pode ser aberta a qualquer momento. O atendimento também deixou a desejar: tanto na entrada quanto na saída, os funcionários da recepção foram ríspidos e pouco cordiais. Na área da piscina, a cozinha é voltada diretamente para o espaço, e foi possível observar funcionários olhando constantemente para os hóspedes e brincando entre si, o que gera falta de privacidade e desconforto. No geral, a experiência foi negativa, principalmente pela falta de cuidado, profissionalismo e atenção ao cliente.

A estadia foi muito tranquila e os funcionários são muito prestativos. Eu achei caro o custo pelo benefício de um quarto simples. Mas ao chegar lá descobri q estava incluso o jantar. Porém, eu preferia ter pago um valor menor e aproveitar a cidade a noite. Em resumo… achei caro pelo o q é oferecido de acomodação. Sugiro q o hotel faça uma diária mais barata sem a alimentação da noite inclusa. Acredito q terá maior procura. O hotel me atendeu pq eu passei o dia na rota do vinho e só parei para dormir.

Quarto - colchão horrível, acordei dolorida. A janela dava para uma parede e mais parecia um filme de terror, móveis velhos e com avarias. Banheiro apertado, vaso sanitário infantil, muito baixo, aspecto de velho. Piscina ok. Café da manhã básico, leite e café frio. O ovo mexido também estava frio, sem talheres e guardanapos nas mesas.
