Very disappointing and completely overrated The rooms are old and look absolutely nothing like the pictures. Everything smells old, the bed covers stink, and the overall feeling is dirty and worn out. Valet parking is terrible. It takes forever to bring your car, with no organization and no sense of urgency. Breakfast was the worst part — and that’s shocking considering this is Brazil, a country known for having some of the best breakfasts in the world. The bread was old and hard, the coffee machine produced coffee worse than basic filter coffee, and the filter coffee itself tasted awful. Everything else served was low quality and unpleasant. Honestly, even an IBIS BUDGET breakfast is much, much better than this. This hotel is completely overrated and does not reflect what you’re paying for at all. Tip: Do not waste your money here. Stay at an IBIS BUDGET for much less and you’ll get a far better experience and quality stay. I travel all over the world and this is, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I will never stay in this hotel again when visiting São Paulo. Next time, I’ll gladly choose an IBIS BUDGET — more quality for less money.

This hotel is far from a 4-star property. The photos on Hotels.com are misleading and do not reflect the hotel’s true condition. Most furnishings and facilities appear old, worn-out, scratched, or damaged—often all at once. The rooms are poorly decorated, have an unpleasant odor, and were full of flies (especially in the bathroom), indicating poor hygiene or long periods without occupancy. The bathroom feels outdated, equipped with the most basic, low‑quality amenities. The corridor leading to the rooms looks creepy, with a dated 1950s atmosphere. The staff, while friendly, seemed disorganized and slow. Check‑in took 30 minutes, and the lack of English‑speaking staff made the process even more difficult. I encourage Hotels.com to review the properties listed on its platform to ensure that what is advertised matches what guests actually experience. Wyndham Paulista is labeled as a 4‑star hotel, but as someone who frequently stays in 4‑star properties, I can confidently say this one would not even qualify as 1 star.

Consistently underperformed, and the issues were distracting us from enjoying our time in S.P. We changed hotels after one night, even though we'd pre-paid and knew we'd lose money on the deal. I think the property could be OK for a lot of people, especially those who are very budget conscious.

Coffe bad bad bad. The breakfast nenu should be upgraded The rooms need remodeling. Well the entire hitel nned to be refurbished. The location is excellent but, unless the property is remodeled, I will not stay there any longer. I rather stay at the Intercontinental.

Experiência muito ruim. Quarto com cheiro fortíssimo de mofo. Pessoal da garagem demora demais pra trazer o carro, até 20 minutos, mesmo sem fila alguma (às vezes não havia nenhum funcionário). Alarme de incêndio disparou por engano duas vezes, uma às 23h da noite, outra às 07h da manhã. Não recomendo.

We had a small issue with the room, they quickly took charged and fix the issue moving us to another room. Breakfast was ok, definitely a great brazil experience to try their type of breakfast. The location is great, staff was amazing our room was very clean. We spoke English and they trued very hard to accommodate us, love the welcoming. Highly recommended this spot. We enjoyed supper one evening it was very nice, great favor.
