My apartment was very nice with most modern conveniences.
The area of Moema is close to most things plus IP park. One point is Moema is below the CGU plane flight path so has a lot of plane noise (take off and landing. As CGU is close planes are low and gathering altitude or descending from altitude).
I suggest when arriving the front door personnel may not see you at the building entrance. Therefore walk towards the undercover parking entrance and tap on the window. The code given by Tabas does not allow building entrance. Once the personnel allow you in you will have a face scan completed which gives access to the building. The code given by Tabas is for a key safe at the apartment entrance.
The staff in the building are very accommodating and friendly.
Note:
1. The building has a laundry but this is only troughs and not washing machines and dryers which surprised me for a modern building.
2.0 Locals advised me not to carry my phone in my hand on the streets due to possible muggings although I found the area very safe. Further, locals advised to be weary of motorbike delivery riders due to mugging / theft on the streets.
