Since 2014 I’ve stayed at the former TRYP, now Meliá Hotel! The hotel is very nice and quiet. The neighborhood is very nice, with plenty to local shops and a 15 minute walk down to the Tatuapé Mall! The rooms are very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend that Hotel!

The room was spacious and well equipped; however, the floor I stayed on had a noticeable musty smell. The bathroom could use some remodeling. I booked this room for my parents, the premium triple room was big enough for three people to stay, spacious and comfortable. The only com they made was, the curtain should be darker, like a black out curtain. Breakfast was good and service good too.

I absolutely love this property and the staff. I checked out of another hotel early to come stay at this property for the remainder of my stay. Every single person that works reception is amazing and so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff members are also very welcoming and accommodating. This hotel is very basic. The pictures make it look much better than it really is. I understand it is cheap, however I saw many other hotels nearby that were much more clean and better standards. There is not much to do around this hotel either. I don't recommend if you are on a vacation, but a quick business trip would be perfect.
