• Breakage deposit: BRL 1000 per stay
• Cleaning fee: BRL 400 per accommodation, per stay.
• Administrative fee: BRL 45 per accommodation, per night
• Management fee: BRL 25 per person, per night
• A damage deposit of BRL 1000 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
