Miscommunication issues

I attempted several times to contact the property and hotels.com for room instructions. This room requires selfie and other information to get the room and passcode. No one ever answered my phone calls, no one ever answered my virtual contacts. The security guard at the roomo brooklin apartments helped me get the correct number to contact by talking to the company for me again. It took us all night to get in the room and were unable to attend our function due to the communication issues.

Apartamento adequado, com bom custo beneficio e localização. Estava limpo e o chuveiro muito bom. Contudo, o sistema de check-in e recepção é muito ruim. Recebi mensagem pelo whatsapp para fazer o check-in somente 4-5 horas antes de entrar, não tinha nem como saber se ia funcionar. Além disso o sistema é demorado e pelo celular, demora mais de 15 minutos pra completar. Chegando na recepção o reconhecimento facial não funcionou e precisava passar meu CPF toda vez que ia entrar.
