Ao chegar no quarto, percebi que a geladeira não funcionava. Após conseguir falar com a "dona", recebo a informação que não tinham outro quarto disponível naquele dia, obrigando a colocar remédios, água, dentre outras compras que necessitavam de refrigeração (Queijos e Iogurtes) na geladeira do salão de festas. No dia seguinte, após um acordo com a "dona", preferi sair 1 dia antes e ela fazer o estorno do valor pago pela 2ª diária, o que até hoje (10 dias) depois ainda não foi feito. Quanto a limpeza, acomodação, localização, nada tenho a reclamar. Só mesmo esse contratempo do acontecido.

Fuja dessa habitação ,não vale a metade do cobrado

As camas são de solteiro e mede menos de 80 cms,o box mede 55 cms de largura e é um chuveiro elétrico mequetrefe,a garagem e coletiva e super lotada e não tem wi fi ,os elevadores estava (os 2)estava em manutenção,ainda bem que era no primeiro andar,então eu acho que essa habitação não deveria estar no Hoteis.com

As pessoas da recepção são mau humoradas, não sabem dar informação. Não tem tv no quarto, só na sala. A maçaneta do Banheiro saiu e saímos do hotel e eles não consertaram apesar de avisar várias vezes. Não indicaria, a única coisa boa é a localização, perto do metro.

Foi uma grande decepção ao chegar ao hotel Não havia confirmação da estadia é muito menos como falar com o telefone do atendimento informado pelo Hotéis.com Este telefone só atende de segunda a sexta e minha estadia era de sábado a terça. Liguei várias vezes para Hotéis.com e também eles não conseguiram falar naquele telefone, não conseguindo portanto resolver meu problema. Somente às 13:00h mais ou menos é que consegui a confirmação O “hotel” não inclue na diária o café da manhã, mas a exemplo de outros hotéis que não consta na diária, pagando à parte tem condições de oferecer o café, sem que o hóspede tenha que ir para a rua procurar o referido café da manhã. Portanto fiquei muito chateada e decepcionada com este atendimento.

Prestes a sair da plataforma se continuarem assim

A pia estava constantemente entupida, uma janela enorme que há na sala foi coberta por um lençol devido à falta de privacidade. Tratamento dos atendentes insuportável nunca mais ficarei nesse lugar não vale um centavos do que paguei. Além disso, eles não tem nem uma máquina pra pagar e avisei que não vou pagar TED ou DOC pra os administradores que só tem o Bradesco para fazer o pagamento. Estou bastante insatisfeita com os serviços que Hotéis.com que me colocaram em hotéis sujos, sem higiene, péssimos serviços se continuar assim tirarei minha inscrição dessas plataformas.

The location is in a really safe area which was nice and I appreciated that. That being said, the TV didn't work properly, all of the lights flickered badly, all of the sinks leaked badly to the point where they nearly didn't work, and the whole room smelled like cigarettes. Furthermore, the wifi barely worked which was frustrating because my partner's phone is from the US so in order from him to connect to the internet, he needed to use the internet because he didn't have data. The staff was nice and the cleaning ladies were good but otherwise I would not recommend staying here.
