O Local é proximo de pontos como Morumbi e Interlagos, tem bares perto, porém tem uma praça proxima que tem muito morador de rua e venda de drogas. O elevador está bem zoado,faz muito barulho dá até medo. O quarto é confortável, porém a parte de cima que fica a cama do casal é meio perigoso,tem uma grade de proteção baixa, o espaço da cama com a escada é muito próximo bem perigoso por exemplo para acordar a noite e ir ao banheiro corre o risco grande de acidente
