Peéssimo lugar e pessoal muito mal educado.
Chegamos ao estabelecimento e fomos informados que não existia nenhuma reserva a nós, além de terem sido estremamente mal educados em insensíveis com a situação, E com isso, fomos informados que não tinha mais a unidade que queriamos e como já era noite e não sabiamos onde iriamos dormir, pegamos outra unidade e PAGAMOS diretamente ao estabelecimento (segundo eles não tinha nenhuma reserva pela Hoteis.com e a cobrança do meu cartão via plataforma Hoteis.com, somente seria efetivada se eles registrassem o check-in, o que não ocorreu)

Optamos por um Motel, pois era mais próximo da festa que iriamos! Quando chegamos não achavam nossas reservas, demoramos 40min pra entrar. Deixamos nossas coisas e avisamos que iriamos sair e que voltaríamos tarde. Disseram que já estava tudo certo! Voltamos 22:30. Quando foi 2h da manhã ligaram no quarto dizendo que nossa diária era de 4 horas e que já estava na hora de irem embora. Acho que já estão tão acostumados a fazerem isso que nem se atentaram que nossas reservas eram de 24h. O que achei foi uma equipe despreparada para atender o publico!

Hou uma cobrança sobre o valor contratado de R$32,00 acima do que estava no site. Gerou-se um certo constrangimento pois precisávamos sair do motel pq tínhamos um evento no Templo Zu Lai, A recepcionista foi bem gentil e prestativa.

Os funcionários estavam desinformados da reserva
O local é super limpo e bonito. Ducha otima, mas o sistema da hidro é péssimo, Ela é programada, ñ te dando controle da temperatura etc... Tendo que ficar com longa espera pro funcionamento, tirando de vc o relachamento que traria uma hidro. Ar condicionado, luzes, Tv ... funciona direitinho, radio com chiado. Frigobar grande, café da manhã padrão motel com produtos de marca econômica 1 fatia de presunto e 01 de queijo pra cada. Ñ gostei que a margarina veio servida em um copinho plástico de café. Os funcionários estavam desenformados sobre reserva e seus benefícios... Tendo que sempre ter espera de se informar com a gerente sobre os procedimentos até do café. Mas foram educados. No banheiro tinha apenas 1/2 rolo de papel higienico folha simples e os travesseiros estão muito fino. Preço benefício na minha opinião 7
