Met all our expectations. Clean apartment, good amenities, friendly staff, especially Alexandra. Amazing breakfast. Only downside is it is close to CGH Airport approach, so you may hear the noise of planes landing through 11pm.

Ratio price quality very low.

In the overall, found it a bit weak. Several problems with the room, stayed 2 nights and had no cleaning after 1 night, asked more towels and they never delivered, sound isolation is non existent, i asked a king bed, had 2 singles and they couldnt do anything for being overbooked. The weirdeste detail is the room had only 1 glass window instead of two and the excuse given was due to security reasons. There was a black shelf to replace the missing window but all sound and cold was coming from outside. Breakfast was decent. Nothing special. Staff wasnt very helpful. The hotel in the overall isnt bad but far of the quality from they charge.

Good location and good service

Excellent service and room was OK. I did like the breakfast and the fact that it is locate in a safe area and quite close to Ibirapuera Park which is a plus.

Nice hotel in the middle of Moema

Very convenient location with many restaurants and shopping around. The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. This is a one bedroom apartment with a living room, balcony, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. A valet parking is available. Very good experience.

Great neighbourhood - but declining hotels

I love the Moema area and ardently return when I visit. But the Mercure (Accor) chain of hotels that has been my favourite is no longer .. the hotels are constantly under renovation .. its never an experience without it .. Moreover - if you book on Expedia (and likely other sites) it seems you get dumped in the oldest and worst rooms. They have nicer .. I have been in quite nice rooms in these hotels. But my last few are consistently poorer, older and out dated rooms. This latest one had an air conditioner the dripped condensation all over the bed, very old furniture, trim work the was not attached to anything, a toilet you could barely sit on due to its location, lights in bathroom that didn't work, a safe that I was worried might not open again when I closed it .. even the breakfast was better elsewhere.
