The two front desk ladies (curly black hair with glasses and blonde highlighted hair no glasses) were unfriendly and unhelpful. They tried charging for early check in, luggage storage till I get my room, and for using a restroom for freshening up saying that I have to pay for water costs because I don’t have a room yet. Loud noise 24x7 as airplanes land/ takeoff, bad noise insulation. Took 50 mins to go to airport because of traffic. Expedia should not work with such hotels. I will never stay here.

Shuttle on time. Staff great. Breakfast buffet fantastic. Stayed twice. First floor OK and given air traffic pattern very noisy! Second stay on 4th Floor: room great, different air traffic pattern, very quiet. Driving around area near hotel very complicated and many wild drivers.

Clean rooms, free airport shuttle was on time, great breakfast with many options and dinner buffet with many options. The staff was friendly. There may be noise from airplanes in some rooms. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel staff was wonderful — very friendly and always ready to help. However, if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, this might not be the best option. It’s close to the airport, so the airplane noise can be pretty loud at times. The location is convenient, and the hotel provides a shuttle service, but you do need to reserve your time in advance. My only concern was the shuttle driver — he was talking on his phone about personal matters while driving in heavy traffic, which made me feel unsafe.

The lobby is nice and clean but everywhere else is really dirty. Shower was so moldy and i picked up a towel that smelled aweful. Had to eat dinner there and the food was not good and was very expensive. The only good thing was the front desk staff was really nice and they have an airport shuttle.

It's inconceivable that an airport hotel will not offer toothpaste and toothbrush to guests. I stayed there because my suitcase was gone and found it really uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was generally fine
