Os quartos e os banheiro são bem velhos e em um dos banheiros (estávamos em 2 quartos) o vaso sanitário entupiu a noite e inundou o banheiro.Faltam tomadas principalmente ao lado da cama. As chave que recebi do meu quarto tive que trocar 4 vezes, ou não funcionavam na porta ou no elevador. Na manhã do check out vierem duas vezes perguntar se poderiam limpar o quarto. Uma pena, pois o hotel esta super bem localizado.

This time, our room presented with some upkeep problems such as poor draining of the shower, and a light bulb busted in the room. Nothing serious but definitely less expected than the previous stay in the same premises a few days prior

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Front desk and restaurant are properly staffed and people are very helpful. Hotel has lots of rooms and services them daily, while I appreciate that, it feels they are understaffed on their cleaning crew since we ran out of tissues and toilet paper more than once, shower soap container was empty on the day before we left and we had to improvise putting soap from the sink in a cup to shower. I don't believe this is a fault of the cleaning crew but rather is that they are understaffed and rushing through to cover all rooms during peak occupancy periods.

The hotel was very good, clean, and in good condition, with very competent and friendly staff. The room was medium-sized and adequate. However, there was a lack of hot water in the basin faucet.
