A propriedade fica localizada bem próximo à estação da luz o que facilita acesso a São Paulo. Porém, foi muito insatisfatório quando aluguei o quarto suite com banheira e apenas ao chegar no quarto me dei conta que me colocaram no quarto errado. Logo me dirigir a recepção e só assim fui informado que o quarto que paguei estava em reforma. Sendo assim me reembolsaram parte do valor. O café da manhã é razoável, bem básico mesmo. A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga com mobílias e comodidades antiga no geral. Os funcionários são até que bem prestativos. Consegui fazer a guarda das minhas bagagens tanto antes do chek in como depois do chek out. Para chegar na estação da luz é praticamente só atravessar a rua. Outra questão é que a região que está localizada o hotel apesar de ter bastante policiamento não passa sensação de segurança devido muitos morados de rua e a região já ser conhecida por insegurança.

Ficamos por uma semana, praticamente só pra dormir. Nos primeiros dias nos deram um quarto que tinham baratas, até dentro do frigobar. Depois pediram para trocarmos de quarto, para que eles pudessem dedetizar. De forma geral, o hotel já precisa de uma reforma nos quartos e banheiros. O café da manhã era sempre o mesmo, em todos esses dias. Simples, mas de qualidade. Os funcionários eram solícitos e prestativos.

Acomodação muito boa e funcionários prestativos e atenciosos… único ponto que me fez pensar sobre utilizar novamente foi o estacionamento que o portão estava quebrado e tinha que ficar mandando mensagem na recepção para eles abrir e muita das vezes não conseguia por estar quebrado, acho que deveria melhor muito ainda mais quando se trata de “estacionamento pago”
