quarto apresentava-se razoavelmente limpo. A funcionária de manhã e de tarde era ótima, sempre pronta e educada. No entanto, de madrugada, quando retomei de uma festa, o funcionário estava dormindo e o portão estava aberto. Tive que tocar a campainha para acorda-lo. Café da manhã era bem fraco, alimentos bem fraquinhos, murchos. Fui tomar café meia hora após servirem e já não restava quase nada. A pior questao era o banheiro que tinha um box inacabado, sem uma das portas. Molhava o banheiro inteiro pra tomar banho. Ar condicionado estava funcionado e era bom, gelava bem o quarto. A cama era boa, não posso reclamar também. No geral, é um hotel bem razoável, bom para o preço que apresenta.

Uma das piores experiências que já tive. Na verdade não é um hotel, e sim, um cortiço. Baratas e mais baratas no quarto. Não tem serviço de quarto. O quarto estava sujo. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Não parecia que estava em um hotel na cidade de São Paulo. No bexiga e na principal avenida do bairro. Primeira e último vez. Creio que o tal hotel, deva ser considerado mais como pousada.

Local totalmente insalubre, recebi as chaves de um quarto que ao entrar me deparei com todos os pertences de outro hóspede, me alocaram para outro quarto que ficava ao final de um corredor minúsculo que não passava uma pessoa. O quarto estava sujo, banheiro com urina no vaso sanitário. Tinha odor horrível, o box estava cheio de mofo e sujo. Solicitei a troca do quarto por mais de 3 vezes e só recebia a resposta de que estava lotado porém no dia seguinte iria liberar outro quarto, passei 7 dias hospedada sem êxito na troca. (Tentei trocar de hotel mas não consegui nenhum disponível em cima da hora). O café da manhã que só era café e as vezes um pão super duro do dia anterior. Solicitávamos fruta, queijo, ovo etc e a resposta era sempre: já acabou. 7 diárias e só café. Solicitei no 2º dia guardanapo que havia acabado, encerrei 7 diárias e ainda sem guardanapo de papel. No quarto ao lado do meu havia uma funcionária que morava com seu esposo e sua filha de colo que chorava o dia inteiro e a madrugada também, era uma gritaria sem fim incomodando todos os hóspedes inclusive eu que estava ao lado (nada contra crianças pelo amor de Deus) mas era um barulho aterrorizante. Dica: evite esse hotel e não se hospede nele. Eu e minha avó ficamos traumatizadas com o horror que foi. Fazíamos de tudo pra só ir dormir e mal. Pra finalizar, cheiro de cigarro terrível tb
