I rated honestly - I came here for the low price and got exactly what I expected. But - it was clean, great water pressure in the shower. The area is pretty sketchy, especially at night, lots of homeless and “drogas”. But if you’re on a tight budget it fits the bill perfectly. Wi- fi in the room supported streaming but was not always consistent

O hotel apresenta um excelente custo-benefício, com localização central privilegiada, próximo à estação de metrô República, ao Teatro Municipal e a poucos minutos de caminhada da famosa Rua 25 de Março. Em relação ao quarto, tudo estava dentro do esperado: a cama é confortável, o ar-condicionado funciona bem e o banheiro é bom e limpo. Os funcionários são educados e preparados para o atendimento ao público, o que contribui positivamente para a estadia. Como sugestão de melhoria, o café da manhã é um pouco simples e poderia ser aprimorado. Mesmo sendo um hotel com proposta econômica, pequenos ajustes já fariam diferença na experiência, tornando o serviço mais completo e agradável.

Gostei da estaria, foi a primeira fez que reservei estadias e fiquei hospedado em um hotel, pra quem procura luxo, procure outro local, mas pra quem quer um lugar bom e tranquilo pra se hospedar, estará em um bom lugar, todos os dias teve limpeza de quarto, os funcionários são bem atenciosos, Wi-Fi muito bom, localidade excelente para quem busca ficar no centro, é pertinho do teatro municipal, viaduto do chá, próximo do metrô. Pontos de melhorias: diversificar os itens dos cafés, principalmente o bolo que vi apenas um sabor, torneira do meu quarto estava com vazamento, e por último foi a questão do chuveiro, ele é maravilhoso sai bastante de água, porém o ponto é no desnível entre a cabine e parte externa, pois dependendo da pressão do chuveiro, a água pode vazar pra fora do box. Resumindo, foi uma boa hospedagem.

Sendo bem justo, o café da manhã foi o que salvou o hotel!!! Liguei várias vezes para o hotel para confirmar a minha reserva e simplesmente fui IGNORADO!!! No quesito limpeza a coisa só PIORA!!! Estive hospedado por cinco dias no hotel, e a minha roupa de cama não foi TROCADA!!! Eu acredito que já no caso das toalhas, essas foram trocadas. O ar-condicionado funciona porem o mesmo que dá retorno de água para dentro do quarto! A televisão não possui tv a cabo! Só a programação local. Sem falar que não maior parte das vezes, tive que fazer uso do elevador de serviço. Já que sempre que chamava o elevador social, o mesmo quase nunca, estava DISPONÍVEL! A minha avaliação sobre o hotel, é a PIOR POSSÍVEL!!! Não o RECOMENDO a novos CLIENTES!!! PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!!! E ainda paguei CARO!!!
